Miss Guided

Switzerland

It started with a spontaneous European trip to reconcile with the events of my 20's. It sparked with a simple walk around a beautiful city and an unexpected sense of belonging.


A year and a half later, at 32, I extracted myself from the life I have always known to pursue the life I wanted by earning my M.A. in International Relations from the country best known for it. 

Gertrude Stein once said, "America is my country and Paris is my hometown." Though I'm still finding my hometown, this is my way of documenting and sharing the journey-both good and bad- because uprooting life anywhere is wickedly exciting.
